Verifying TOEFL Score If you suspect that a client’s TOEFL iBT test result is not legitimate, you can easily verify the scores by contacting Educational Testing Service (ETS). https://www.ets.org/toefl Simply, send an email with a scanned copy of the test result along with your name, your organisation’s name and contact details toTOEFLVerifySpecial@ets.org. You will be advised if: • The scores are verified as being the same as in the ETS database • The scores are on administrative hold • The scores are not verified If the scores are verified but you have concerns about their veracity, you can then request a score review.
